About Us

TREO Leasing was started in 2010 by Brett Keppler and Julie Kelly of TREO, Realtors to aid those newly turned landlords into having a great leasing experience without the need of a costly, and sometimes unnecessary property management firm.

Brett Keppler

Brett is currently the principal broker and owner of TREO, Realtors out of West Chester, OH.  He specializes in working with traditional buyers and sellers to transact residential real estate. He has a strong niche of investors who rely on him to help buy, rent and sell apartment buildings of all sizes. Brett currently has 9 units which he personally owns and manages in the Cincinnati Area.

Combining Brett's personal rental experience with his residential selling background, the TREO Leasing model was developed. Every month, more homes are going unsold and renting has become the best alternative to selling. However these homes aren't your traditional rental properties. They are well maintained homes about to be placed in the hands of professional people. So is there really a need for a full service management company?

Brett found the perfect partnership with Julie Kelly who brings a wealth of knowledge about the rental management industry. Her input regarding proper tenant screening, educating landlords and general best practices is at the core of TREO, Leasing.

Julie Kelly

Julie brings over 12 years of property management and real estate experience to TREO, Realtors. She started her working career in the financial industry but after a few years found herself longing for something a little more fun and diverse. She then switched her focus and went to work for a residential builder in the Cincinnati area who also owned several rental communities.

Since "bitten" by the real estate bug, she has spent the last 12 years continuing to add to her experience by becoming involved in new home sales, construction, storage operations and property management.

She came on board with Brett's team after working with one of the biggest property management companies in Cincinnati as their General Manager.  Her main responsibilities were to run the office, create marketing material, oversee rent collections and guide the leasing department. While working there, she gained a wealth of knowledge about the leasing and property management industry in Cincinnati.

Julie chose to join Brett's team in 2010 because of his innovative approach to marketing and business practices.  Brett's honest and heartfelt commitment to commission reform, innovative marketing tools and constant communication with his clients is exactly where Julie wants to position herself as an agent and a leasing consultant.
