Here’s how it works. You call into our Customer Service Center at 513-494-6166 and explain your problem. We immediately contact the proper ESP and put them in touch with you ASAP. You can work directly with the ESP to discuss the solution and how to gain occupancy to the home.
As a benefit of working with TREO Leasing, we will provide you with a lockbox to maintain on site for easy access for these types of situations. If you need to have the problem diagnosed (i.e. you don’t know cause of the problem or are unable to visit the property in person) we have an ESP for that too. The process is really that simple!
